HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the order date for store credit or refund to the original form of payment, less the shipping charge.  

*** Please return items in original condition (unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Please be sure to use a lint roller to remove any lint particles and animal/ human hair.  Close To Mom reserves the right to deny your return and ship it back to you at your own expense, if these terms have not been followed *** 

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING?

All return shipping postage cost must be paid for by the customer for both store credit and refund requests. To request a return for store credit or refund, please email us at hello@closetomom.com

Your store credit or refund will be issued upon a successful review of your returned items. For refund requests, we will be issue your payment back to the original form of payment. For store credit, we will issue you a gift card to our shop that never expires and can be used at anytime.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Please allow up to 7 business days from your return's delivery date for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your store credit or refund is issued.
